Mounted Object Detected Error after updating software to 3.6

I am continuously getting 'Mounted Object Detected' immediately after updating to SW 3.6. No PPF installed. In-car reboots and hitch-mode toggles failed to clear it. Autopark and Lane Change are disabled and I can only do handsfree single lane as car wont change lanes automatically.

Resolved this:
Issue was after updating the sw, the driving awareness feature to auto-optimize rear hitch distance was enabled by default -
Disabled the two features in
DreamDrive>scroll down> hitch features (disable the two features)
