Good day community. I took delivery of my Air Touring this past weekend. Loving the car but I am curious about its interior, hope some one can shed some light to my questions below. I ordered my car with Mojave Leather interior for an upgrade charge of $3,000. I read that leather interiors come with center stitches and the interior photos of the car at the time of ordering was showing that. However, there were no center stitches when I took delivery of the car. I asked the Lucid rep and he did not have an answer to my question. Is my understanding accurate that Mojave Leather interior comes with center stitches? How do I know that my car has Mojave Leather as opposed to PurLuxe Leather Alternative? Your answers are appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean by center stitches; and I'm guessing no one else does either.

OK, I see what you mean. I have a Touring Tahoe, and I do not have a stitch line down the center of my seat. I found a pic of a GT that does. My guess is that maybe the centrer stitch line correlates with the 20-way seats that aren't available in the Touring.

Which leads me to another thing you can check. Do you have 14-way seats, or 12 -way seats, or 20-way seats? 14-way seats correlate to leather seating. PurLuxe goes with 12-way or 20-way (massage).

The configurator photos aren't 100% correct, but it also looks like Alcantara headliner only comes with leather seats. This could be wrong.

You can do a smell test; real leather smells like 'real leather (cows)'. Purluxe smells more like plastic than cow. You can also try putting just a couple drops on the smooth part of a seat; my leather Mojave soaks in water if I let it set; I don't think Purluxe will soak in water

Thank you for the replies. I figured out that my AT with 14-way seats does have Tahoe leather, the best indicator is that the front dash is also leather trimmed instead of fabric. That aside, I was told by one of Lucid Studio folks in OC CA that for model year '25, only AGT (and perhaps Sapphire although not sure) with 20 way seats is the only trim that comes with center stitching but this was not the case in prior year models. And yes, web site photos are not always accurate.
