Hey folks. I updated my phone last night to UI7 and this morning I've not been able to get the care to unlock when getting close to it.. Anyone have any ideas to get it to work again?

Yes. S24+ here and after UI 7 update, mobile key doesnt work. My BT connects but the mobile key functions (passive lock/unlock) doesnt work and i have to enter pin every time. I uninstalled and install app, no fix. I tried to do air logo and 3 buttin reset in my AT, no fix. After unpairing my s24+ from my AT, i am no longer able to reconnect it as mobile key... i guess the UI 7 killed the lucid app lol

It's not the app that opens the car automatically, it's the bluetooth connection.
So when I'm having trouble with it...
1. Air logo reset
2. Restart phone
3. Forget and re-pair Bluetooth.
I also have a Samsung (A32) and recently, I've noticed that my phone has to be unlocked before the car opens. It shouldn't have to because my bluetooth earpods connect without unlocking the phone but
If it really starts to bug me, I'll try re-pairing or restarting the phone.

That re-pairs the mobile key. You have to reconnect separately for BT audio etc...
Is this still working for you? I've tried this and now the only thing I noticed is that sometimes the car doesn't unlock when I press the handles (I disabled auto unlock). I have to go into the app to get the car to wake up at chich point the car unlocks.

I saw someone on the Lucid subreddit say try turning off your Ultra wideband (UWB) in Settings > Connections.
I turned it off to see if it works any better or stops working again.

I will add to this thread, I'm having Android Samsung problems as well.
Tried repairing, un connecting, reset both systems, etc etc in all order of directions and none of it keeping my Bluetooth or Mobile key working like before.
Frustrating for sure. I assume they test all updates with the 2-3 most popular phones and models for connectivity, but my S25 isn't working well compared to a month ago.
I will have to try adjusted the Ultra wideband and hopefully that will do it.
