So I have to say I was super happy to be able to quickly get a mobil tech scheduled to come out to do a door handle repair (driver door handle would not present). I even had arranged to use my neighbors garage (backed into her 2 car garage with only the Lucid inside to provide ample room). The tech was cordial and nice and had great communication.

While the repair was happening, he put down a blanket to kneel on but did not put down an additional blanket to cover the work area. While he was doing the repair, he had the window control panel off and dangling and managed to drop it TWICE and it scraped badly causing a chunk and scratch into the piece that was not there. I saw it happen as I was standing back watching. I said, "you really should have had a blanket down protecting the work area" at that exact moment and I got no response other than I'll take photos and submit it. This was 4 days ago and I have still not heard anything back regarding the damage caused during repair.

I've now filled out the Lucid survey regarding what transpired and submitted it. I left my own photos with the my service writer this morning but suspect he will not see or address them until he is back on Monday or Tuesday.

To add insult to injury, the door handle is now sunk in and not properly aligned. Either I didn't notice this immediately because I was still so upset about the window control door panel unit damage OR it wasn't tightened enough and its now happened after the fact. Now every time I look at the misaligned door handle and inside chunk missing and the scratch I get upset. I'm VERY picky about my beautiful car and I went from perfect to damaged and imperfect door handle alignment.

I don't know if others have experienced this sort of thing and got it properly addressed quicker or if it is normal to have 4 days with no response like this. I'm still holding out hope it gets properly addressed and fixed!

Yes. Mobile tech scratched my paint, broke my glass roof, did half the repairs then left while I was gone. The worth they did do was sloppy and needed redone.

Lucid shipped it to service for a month, fixed some, shipped back. Their repair failed so they shipped it again for another couple weeks.

So yes they will fix it and you’re not the first. What’s your area?

Ok idk out there but here it can be normal to have several days before a reply
Alright. I'll hopefully hear something Monday or Tuesday then (Tuesday will be 1 week since the mobil visit) Thanks for your response though. I am happy to hear it was all finally addressed with you. I just want it back to the way it was (not damaged and not misaligned)

Sorry to hear that, but I think Lucid will make it right. Slowly, perhaps. It's probably irrational, but when I have something expensive like a car I can be philosophical about dings and dents that I put in, but I really don't want someone else doing it!
