MEDIA NOT WORKING

I have had the Gravity about 3 weeks. The media is out, does not work. Tried all the reboots, any suggestions.

Please provide us some more details of what media you are trying to play and what you see on the screen. It is tough to provide suggestions without a bit more information.

The screen is black with the words media failed. I was trying to either receive a localFM radio station or SIRIUS. I suspect the unit is bad.
