Maybe Lucid Can Pick Up Some of These Tesla Employees…..

a 10% cut would probably mean it’s employees on the end of the bell curve that Lucid wouldn’t / shouldn’t be interested in. If the goal it to be leaner and more productive you’re not laying off your best people.

Depends on if Lucid let's them work remote...

When corporate culture deteriorates, you'd be surprised how often the unrecognized top talent can be cut.

That's not why people work remotely at all...
Also when non-factory people should be on-site and they need to relocate, and may not be able to afford it. People in Fremont may not want to move to Casa Grande.

Or the top talent leaves first since they often times have the least difficulty finding a new job.
That invariably happens when a company announces a reduction in force. The good ones find jobs and jump ship To greener pastures.

Ah, so that’s why all of my friends left the company before me.
