Is there anyone out there who is a Marriott Bonvoy member that can explain how I am supposed to use these elite night credits and suite upgrades??? I have been prompted a few times in the app but have never been issued the reward. 99.9% of the time when I book, the apps tells me "We're Sorry, Your Suite Night Award(s) can't be used toward this reservation." Check-in I usually get a room upgrade.
I have reached Titanium Elite status. What's the secret? I have 15 that expire this June.
