Not trying to be a complainer, but I've had my Gravity for 3 weeks...and many things don't seem to work. My cameras have never turned on, LiveView does not load, sound quality on phone calls is very bad (hard for people to hear me), reboot didn't work (i.e. it wouldn't reboot) for 3 days, and voice commands (hey Lucid) do not work. The worst part is I've called support 3 times only to hear someone will get back to me "tomorrow". I'm at day 10 after my first call and still no action or return call. Not sure if it's just me...but I suspect not. Entirely different "service" experience than what I had with Rivian. Not sure what I'm expecting in this forum...but simply typing this has me feeling better.

Others on here have had the same issues you are reporting and posted many threads on here about various issues. Fortunately there were two significant OTA SW updates released recently that seemed to resolve many if not most of these issues. If you've only had your vehicle 3 weeks you probably have the 1st one (v3.3.20) but the other more significant one (v3.4.1) is rolling out to all Gravity vehicles over this weekend and probably into the next few days.
You may want to spend the time reading the Software & Firmware thread on here as it put your mind at ease a bit as the early reports of this last update all seem positive so far.

While there's no excuse for lack of communication, these service centers have been inundated and perhaps even a bit overwhelmed by so many owners bringing in cars with problems, yet many of these issues are SW related and thus the service ppl can't really remedy them so there's frustration on both sides.

Everyone expected "early adopter" bumps in the road with a new model from a fairly new automaker and ya, having all these problems really sucks (especially for a car that
"ain't cheap"!!) but I think everyone's also more hopeful now things will be smoother going forward as it appears Lucid put a LOT of effort into these last two OTA SW updates and that they seem to be committed to making a serious effort to squash all these early SW bugs and get on with developing all the features they promised in their advertising

I've had my Gravity since October and my experience with the Service Center (Beverly Hills) and support has been pretty good and for the most part I have been 100% satisfied. My live view has never worked either but I hear that the new software that is currently being released solved this and many other of these small issues that do add up to some frustration. If you have not yet read it check out the Lucid Gravity 3.4.0 software update thread

Customer Care is not the same as a Service Center.

If something related to driving safety, I would call up a Service Center for an appointment.

For example, I would need to fix the cameras for reverse and parking so I would bypass Customer Care and deal straight to Service Center.

Customer Care sounds like a mediator who would relay your issues to appropriate departments. In your case, that mediation system has been 10 long days so it's about time to bypass it.
