Brought my Air GT to a Chevy dealer today because I’ve been using them for a decade. No local lucid service centers. They couldn’t do a state inspection (VA) or look at a tire with a slow leak because they didn’t have the tools. My detailer got the tires off without a complaint. I’m confused? Does lucid have a non standard lug that a dealer wouldn’t have?

Do your lug nuts have the plastic covers on them? That's happened to others here.
Yeah it looks like it. The stealth appearance package. Guess I gotta look into how to get that off.

This what you need "plastic cap puller". You can ask Lucid and if unavailable go to Volvo, Polestar or BMW (that I know) they all use it on different model. I use the one in my Polestar and it works perfectly as well of the one in my M4. Check that video at 0:53 sec and on

Or buy this kit from Amazon for $5 and get it delivered overnight. Works perfectly with the lug nut covers in the Air.
Went back to the dealer today (they still had the car) and pulled the lug caps off. Most of them could just pop off with my fingernail but yeah that puller set helped a lot. I went back in and told them that I took the lug caps off and they're good now. They doubled down on "the fact" that the wheels need a specialized thin-walled lug wrench and that they tried every single possible tool that they have even a "master"? Said I should go to Kia or Hyundai for the proper tools. Wouldn't even let me show them that I have a $9 autozone tire iron in the car that works fine and they just didn't pull the dang lug caps off. The rep even brought out their head tech and he wouldn't budge whatsoever and said they pulled the lug caps off. Crazy since I've been going to that dealer for three other brand new cards over a decade. Never again. I kept the caps off and am bringing it to my wife's mach-e dealer this week.
Discount tire put my all seasons on last year. Tbh they do fine work but the scheduling and communication is a nightmare. I don’t like my car held hostage for a day after my appointment. Doesn’t matter for this tho because I need a state inspection.
