Does anyone here have an extended warranty on their Lucid? Have you ever used it at a Lucid Service Center?
The day after I got my car back from service of replacement of HV battery and a litany of other items. (CCC v2 replacement of TCU mod) The car had major issues including not being able to recharge a ton of warnings and the cameras stopped working.
They are telling me that the camera issue and now the ADAS issue and some control board are not related to the original repair somehow and are blaming water intrusion for a front camera failure and the control module.
So I told them they could use my Extended warranty. Now my warranty is Fidelity... THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. They pay and are even willing to pay the service center directly with CC prior to repairs.
I am so pissed right now.... The service center is saying that they will not accept extended warranty companies AT ALL for repairs.... Sounds like they are trying to hide something because Extended warranty companies require proof and cause of failure prior to payment and wont allow Lucid to overcharge for parts or labor.
Not sure if this is what is going on.... But I am mad....
If Lucid doesnt accept warranty companies.... This could easily spell doom for resale value for all of you owners....
If you have a 2022 you better sell it quick!
