I live in Arizona and go to the Scottsdale Service Center. Has anyone noticed the extremely long times to get service? It took me 2 months to get an appointment. I'm doing an Annual service B, and my car will be out for 4 weeks. Plus, the service center's lot was filled with Lucid's waiting to be serviced. It was hard for me to find parking.

I hope this isn't an indication of Lucid's viability? I love driving my car.

Blame the Winteroff and gang who got fired. Absolutely pathetic! And I’ve been on hold for 1 hour now and counting for customer service. They went and fired service techs and customer service reps to save a few dollars . Such stupidity! Who goes fires these people when you are trying to sell more cars. You expand…. Not fire them. I’m livid!

No wonder they kicked him out!

We purchased our GGT on 3/31 in Los Angeles. It had many issues present at delivery, and should have never passed QC. My previous order failed QC 24 hours prior, so I think they pushed this replacement vehicle through without an inspection.

I recorded all problems and submitted a link to service with videos detailing each issue within a couple of weeks. My service request was officially submitted mid April and I was told that the earliest I could be seen was mid July. This was an issue because we are out of the country for the summer.

My local service center agreed to receive our GGT the first week of June, and hold it until they could begin working on it mid July. I was just told that they started work on it a couple of days ago, so they are a month behind their already preposterous schedule.

We return in two weeks, and I doubt the vehicle will be ready based on the amount of issues and their current timelines.

Needless to say, I regret the purchase and caution my friends who are curious coming from Tesla and Rivian.

I called my service center Thursday August 6th to schedule routine service and a few items before my warranty expires in September. It’s been 8 days and I have yet to hear back about an appointment. 🤐
