In my opening post I emphasized the friendly and competent support of Lucid Hamburg (Germany). Unfortunately, this seems to be deteriorating massively at the moment.
I have stored my winter tires at Lucid and now wanted to make an appointment to change them (in Germany the time for this is urgently now). I have written to both my contact at Lucid Hamburg (Mr. Duedden) and the European Customer Service.
I have been told that someone will be in touch shortly to arrange an appointment. This did not happen. Several queries to Customer Service were also simply not answered.
I have been trying to make an appointment for a total of almost 3 weeks now, but I have received no response.
To everyone here in the forum who is based in Europe: Do you have any idea how I can get Lucid to reply? I have written over 5 emails in total and only received one reply that someone would get back to me soon (which hasn't happened). Is there some kind of complaint management?
