What is the process and what are the "deliverables"?

The email didn't provide any context outside of what you see when you open the link, so no clear on the goal or expected deliverables, but it looks like one of the owners' engagement events they run from time to time

Since it can be weeks or months for the Houston service center to respond if at all, I think I'll pay an in person visit to see if anybody's willing to step up and address issues I have with my gravity.

Wild speculation on my part, but I note that the event invite says "learn about the latest software updates". The recent Air updates have been more substantial, but recent Gravity updates have been a bit thin. I have to wonder if they're planning to announce and/or release an OTA before the 14th.
