I have a Drive System Needs Service alert on my Gravity about two weeks ago.

I submitted a service request from the online portal. The car drives normal so I am just patiently waiting.

Suddenly today I got a text message:

Hello, this is NAME_REDACTED from the Lucid Seattle Service Advisor Team. I sincerely apologize for the delay in reaching out to you. Recently, we have experienced a significant increase in service requests and voicemails, which has resulted in longer response times than we would like. Our team is currently operating with a limited staff of just two people, and we are diligently working to manage requests from all our valued clients across Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, and parts of Wyoming and Idaho. Please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to respond to each inquiry as quickly as possible. I am reaching out to follow up on your service request for: Drive system error on the dash - Is it still on the dash??

I do appreciate the transparency that they are operating with just two people. I do also feel the pressure those two employees are facing.

I don't know out of state, but just in my neighborhood, I saw two new Gravities within last month, one parked outside and the other regularly passing by within neighborhood. There are tons more Air on the road as well.

I can't imagine how two people can handle all of the service requests coming in. It is really a bad sign for Lucid. It does not give owners confidence to continue owning Lucid.

I thought Lucid mentioned they are trying to focus more on service? Or is it my hallucination?

If they modeled the SC locations and staffing based on expected service calls per car, and if they are experiencing more service calls per car than in the assumptions, then they will be swamped until they can close the issues or expand SC capacity.

Yeah, I got the same message…I ordered some tires/wheels for my AGT and “N” from Seattle has no idea when they might ship. i had a OTA issue that took over a month to anyone to respond. Things look grim from my view.
