Lucid not going beyond 36 mph

My lucid switched to some mode where it stopped going beyond 36 mph. It was super scary when i merged on the freeway and the car wouldn’t go beyond 36 mph. Fortunately nobody was hurt. I contacted support and they said my car had gone into ‘turtle’ mode. While they figure out how that happened- i wanted to check if this has happened before to anyone.
