Lucid Houston Service center has had my gravity for 60 days without 1 scrap of information

You are correct, anybody who says it needs no service is lying.

But almost every piece of the car that might break, is a piece that also exists a gas car. The main difference is that there are several significantly complex failure points of a gas car that do not exist in an EV, so in theory, in general, EVs as a whole should require less break/fix servicing than a gas car.
There is a difference between service and fixing something broken!

Mine is probably going in soon, nice to know what I can expect. :(

I would have started the lemon law process already with an attorney - that is insane.
You can also go through the BBB auto arbitration process with Lucid regarding a buy back or compensation

Does it work? Last year I tried lemon law, but the attorney said no to taking the case, not coz the case wasn’t strong but because he wasn’t sure if Lucid even had a lemon law handling unit set up. Lemon law attorneys are not looking to go to court but want to settle things out of court. So if they don’t see any existing possibility, they won’t take it. Eventually, Houston returned my car after 3 months. And like in this case, they did not touch it for the first month. The second month they fixed it, but it showed up broken when the guy took it down the trailer, so he took it back. Luckily, I was able to get a loaner and not a rental car. EV charging is free for me. It would suck to pay for gas when I got a solar roof to cover my electric bills.

At least they didn't return a broken car and dumped on you hoping you won't notice....AKA many dealerships

This sounds familiar. All of it.
