Lucid Gravity Canada Orders

I received a phone call yesterday from the Lucid advisor in Vancouver to let me know that my order (placed early August) was ready to go into production and to confirm the details. He also advised we were looking at 3-5 months until delivery. I was surprised by this as I expected that it would be quite a bit longer until they started doing any deliveries to Canada. I'm wondering if there are any other Canadians on here who have heard about their order entering the production queue?

Not sure if this counts, but some months ago (end of May) I was given a VIN and my order went to "In Production" in the dashboard, only for that to be reversed a few days later. I was told by my SA that I had been mistakenly given a Canada VIN and I went back to the waiting game, until about 10 days ago. I don't know if that means that the VIN I was assigned was re-assigned to a Canadian buyer, and I assume would have been delivered by now? It could also mean that I was given a VIN that couldn't make sense and it was never built. Or it could mean that I was given a VIN but they assigned my car to someone else for some reason and the Canadian VIN story was bogus. I'd like to think that the first is true.

Hard to say exactly what happened there. I think I can safely say though that it wasn't given to a Canadian buyer and delivered. The Lucid showrooms in Vancouver and Toronto don't even have a Gravity vehicle for people to see yet. I don't think there have been any deliveries to Canada yet.
