lucid charging stations blinking white light will not go to solid white!

Hello All,
Charging station circuit was off. I reset breaker and lucid charging stations blinking white light will not go to solid white. Car is not connected to cable. Waiting for it to go SOLID WHITE to connect to car.

Does anyone have any suggestions why the charge will not stop blinking?

Wall plug adapter? The LCHCS is hardwire only.

Yes, I disconnected the breaker and turned it back on. still blinking not getting a solid white light.
