I have a fully loaded 2023 Lucid Air Grand Touring with leather seats. Today I took the car in for service and was given a 2026 Lucid Air Touring with what I believe are Purelux seats. I immediately noticed a difference in the seats. The 2026 touring feels noticeably wider between the bolsters and softer. It looks similar but its a completely different feeling seat. My old seats feel much firmer and sportier. Has anyone else noticed this?

Soft and plushy vs firmer and more sporty. I prefer the be firmly held in position when driving but still not uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the Pureluxe, while incredibly comfortable, tears REALLY easily.

Bolster width is also adjustable on the GT seats, not the case with the Purelux I think.

FWIW I *love* the seats in my GT. Not quite up to 1990s Saab / Volvo levels of comfort and support, but almost!

tears really really easily..... Every seat in my car has tears in it. The crazy part, is the rear seats have car seats in them and the kids feet has caused tears to the front side of the rear seats... I am sure the bill I am going to get at lease turn in is going to be crazy. The seats feel great but they really needed to use something thicker.

I have a service loaner Air Touring from Lucid. Got in with 3K miles on the odometer and immediately noticed two tears on the PurLuxe seats. My own Air has no tears in the leather after 50K miles of seat time. But that said, the PurLuxe seat definitely feels more soft and pillow comfortable than the firmer leather seats in my Air.

I find the soft squishy feeling in smooth mode to be sufficient and the leather in the gt to be a good combo for toodling down the road

In the touring trim, if you have real leather, you cannot get the 20 way adjustable seats with massage. I am in a pure loaner right now with purelux, and it has the 20 way massage seats. I love the comfort of the seats but I really do not like the material. I think it’s dumb I couldn’t get real leather and massage seats in my touring
