I don't know but I would assume it includes the rollout and a prepped surface, as is the case for most published acceleration numbers. That being said I've gotten within .2 of that 0-60 time on the street with cold tires in sub 50 degree temps.

Does the Dragy have an option to turn off the rollout feature?

Dragy verified data sheets are like porn mixed with class A narcotics.
Put the Sapphire in the mix and it's like a Car Wash, slowly does it or you'll end up getting TOO wet.

Btw, I purchased RaceBox Mini S, where I have the ability to turn on/off 1 foot rollout (not possible with the Dragy).

@Veritas51683 60-130mph is what's impressive. Can probably shave off another .2 with a flater surface and DRG70 would be even more accurate

Definitely. Also warmer temps, as I do feel the traction control activate even at 60 degrees. I didn't know there was an updated dragy. I'll have to grab one!
