2024 Lucid Air Touring
This seems to have started happening after the 2.9.0 update, but maybe I just didn't notice prior to that.

- 2024 Lucid Air Touring
- 2.9.0 software version
- Passive unlock disabled

This morning I checked my Lucid app, which woke the car up. My estimated range was 297 miles.

4 hours later I opened the app and the car was still awake (no waking message, everything was immediately updated and ready for interaction) and the estimated range was 288 miles. The car also showed as locked.

I walked out to the garage and I could hear that my car was on (quiet fan noise). I checked the door and the handle could not be pressed inward. I pressed it again and this time the door unlocked.

I opened the door then closed it and walked back into the house and the car locked. I walked into the garage and no more noise. Car is off.

This is the second time this week that this has happened (last time the car had been awake for I don't know how long, I had lost about 30 miles of range) and when I got in where it normally shows the radio station it just said "Lucid AIR".

Has anyone else experienced this before?

Searching the forums, it seems similar in nature to what is going on here:

yes mine has done that a few times, once at a store it just stayed on. I also have passive lock and passive unlock disabled. I did a logo reset and it fixed itself I guess. Just a bug.

Happens to me all the time. Esp while charging the car at home. I have resorted to killing the app on my phone and after about 10mins when I restart the app the car has slept off usually. Weird but persistent bug.

Same regarding the charging, I constantly get notifications charging started, charging stopped all night. When I get in it isn't even full, it's always 1% less (Charge to 80, I get 79, charge to 85 I get 84) so weird. I'll have to check if its not sleeping.

For a brief while, when I was charging my Air overnight, I would getting a series of notifications that my car had finished charging, then a little while later, a notification that the charge has started charging again, followed by another notification that the car had finished.. And so on through the night until I uplugged the car. This only happened a few times, and it started out of the blue. Then it stopped. There were no OTA updates during this time, so I have no idea what was going on.

This is normal because it will charge to 80.00% then it will loss .01% to operate its systems or just because you know batteries they loss power while setting still and goes to 79.99% or 79%

This happened again today. Went out to car and estimated range was sitting at 277 (haven't driven it).

The music/album art item on the gauge cluster instead said "Lucid AIR". I did a cancel (X) and mic reboot and that did not fix. I did a reboot from the pilot panel (pressing and holding Lucid logo) and that fixed the album art but then I had the ! triangle and a sensor icon on the dash, plus the rear/surround camera not working because it said my trunk was open (it wasn't, I checked...opened and then closed it, message still there).

I drove to where I needed to go and did both reboots again and everything is now working fine with no messages/icons/errors.

2.9.0 has been a dud for me. I did not have any of these issues with 2.8.30.
