Got this email. The title was scary, I thought my Gravity order turned into Air.

Inside email it refers to my order as Lucid Air Gravity. It also says configuration attached but no attachment or description at all.

Sure it is probably just a typo from the sales person. But it shows either the sales team is overworking that they don't have time to proof read their communication, or they just don't care.

Either way, not a great representation of the company.

Are you sure this isn't spam or phishing? I've seen some clickbait videos that talk about the Lucid Air Gravity.

I am sure because both the new sales and old sales names check out. I talked to both of them over the phone before. The phone number also checks out.
Plus they are not asking for any information, nor does it have any links that I can click through.

I got a similar email with reference to an Air order in the title, also from a Lucid SA with a name that starts with an A. I emailed back, pointing out the error and asked a few basic questions about Gravity; never heard back. I followed-up a few weeks later to ask about options related to the HUD news; never heard back…

Did you also inquire about the elusive Lucid Air Gravity Grand Touring Dream Edition? 🤣

Oof, the Lucid Gravity Dream Edition is already elusive enough.

Thank you for sharing. I just sent you a direct message.

I briefly assumed it was a phishing attempt and would have been leery about clicking on an attachment, but there wasn’t a configuration summary attachment on my email either. Seemed like a form-letter error.
