Anyone have an issue with the alignment of the charge port door..mine seems to have shifted after 10k miles..anyone know of a diy to readjust

I don't have an answer, but I am happy to bitch about something. I don't know why car manufacturers have to make everything motorized. Just make this a hinged door that you press to open, like a gas cap cover.

This happened to my Air a long time ago. I had service fix it for me so I do not know a DIY solution. I would asked service next time you are in for service.

Mine was never good and now it's worse because service didn't do a great job replacing the motor that died. If you come up with a solution, lmk

No problem with the charge port door so far thankfully.

My Gravity is off just a little, but it's minor. Sticks out a bit on the top and indents a little on the bottom. One of those that's enough to notice but not enough to make a service call for. When I have my first service done, I'll add it to the list.

I also have some misalignment that seems to be growing. Wouldn’t really care except from a side profile it does kind of stand out since the other lines all match. Bottom right corner protrudes

I just picked up a new Gravity and have the misaligned cover. I actually have to lift it up and push it in the close it.
