And it looks like a minivan! Don't be silly.Like you said, not available in the US so not especially relevant to me. Interesting though.
Wait we can dump our leases on Leasehakr now?!?I see Lucid Air & Gravity on Leasehackr site. I have not compared terms to Lucid's site.
I don't think they really are. They're just focused on pushing the 2026 models out the door, and the 2027 lease prices are likely to be more attractive when they shift focus to selling those. Possibly as soon as this weekend, since I see the number of 2026 in the inventory page is down quite a bit, and picking 2027 shows more vehicles to choose from than picking 2026.They need the midsize now more than ever if they’re relying on Gravity leasing upwards of $1700/mo.

Quite a few of them are labeled "available in 2 weeks", which implies there's a reserve of vehicles at the factory, and perhaps not all of them are visible in the inventory system. They may well be on the verge of having sold all the 2026's, but I also wouldn't be shocked to discover that there's a bunch more of them that we cannot see when we search. I won't be surprised if the leasing terms in August continue to be focused on clearing out 2026, and I wouldn't be surprised if they shift gears to focus on 2027 sales. I'm more comfortable predicting that September will see just a few lingering unsold 2026 vehicles, and the lease terms in that month will be focused on trying to move enough 2027 Gravities to make the quarterly numbers look good.No depends how you filter. For 2026 I got 106
30 - Black
12 - White
36 - Green
16 - Gray
12 - Bronze
Also 106 when checked by wheel size.
Not really. Here in the US and especially in Calif, you either find ways to spend money on your business or ship it off to Uncle Sam in taxes...and look what they do with it!Even thorugh a business is nonsense... because you still pay for it![]()
but where would you service it?Check xpeng X9 (I know not available in Us).

Ship it to China, get it repaired, ship it back, takes about the same amount of time as one of Lucid's overloaded service centers.but where would you service it?
But only tax profitsNot really. Here in the US and especially in Calif, you either find ways to spend money on your business or ship it off to Uncle Sam in taxes...and look what they do with it!
Self employed is the way to go here!!
In Germany there is service close by actually. And even closer than gravity service center...but where would you service it?
That could be trueShip it to China, get it repaired, ship it back, takes about the same amount of time as one of Lucid's overloaded service centers.
kidding-not-kidding
Hmmm...not sure you get my point in the US tax system. Assuming you're going to spend that money on the car anyway, claiming it's for business use allows you to deduct it off your tax bill ...otherwise you have to pay that money in income taxes and spend the money on the car, a double expense. In other words, your lease payments can come from after tax dollars or as a cost of doing business that lowers your taxable income by that amount. The theory being that the leasing company then pays that amount as their taxable income instead of you.But only tax profitsif you invest in things to grow your profits are lower and therefore lower taxes. But spending extreme amounts in a car I doubt it's worth it

Sure i understand and it is the same in GermanyHmmm...not sure you get my point in the US tax system. So have some fun having a nicer car...we work hard for it!Sure i understand and it is the same in Germany
I meant that the leasing price is so high compared to other car companies![]()
Price means nothing….Toyotas are cheap and they are better than a BNW at some things.Haha. For this price, I expect it to be pretty freaking amazing at almost everything. Is this your first luxury car purchase? Do you have Stockholm Syndrome? Have you never had a BMW 7 Series or M-B S Class? For this price tag, I expect nothing less than ne plus ultra.
I am willing to service my car at a Lucid service center despite the present issues rather than deal with a dealership! That’s how much I hate the nickel and diming. They are just not straightforward. I never left a dealership content with my experience.Yes, I realize that option 1 is unlikely. First off, the Gravity you referenced is a pretty low spec model, so not a direct comparison to your car. But still likely that fully loaded used GGTs in 2 years will be selling for low $60k. The stupidity is that BoA does zero negotiation on buy out price. Assuming average resale in 2 years is low 60s, when BoA takes your car back, they will auction it off for low 50s. Financially it makes sense for BoA to offer you to keep your current car for mid 60s and cut their loss by $10k.
My gut feeling is that I might end up with option 3. BMW and Mercedes are making major progress. Will be interesting to see what the GLE EV looks like in another year or so. New C class is getting rave reviews and GLE should upgrade things a bit. Will also most likely have the new NVIDIA Thor chip and be capable of Level 4 ADAS. People on this forum love to trash traditional dealers but my local Mercedes dealer (my other car is a Mercedes ICE convertable) is light years better service experience than local Lucid SC.
