My GDE is being transported from CA to MD. I was initially able to see it moving in the app but it some point it froze. I can see where it was about 36 hours ago but not since then. When I open the app and tap on the GPS button at the bottom it says "updating" then that message goes away but it doesn't update the location. I know it is getting a cell connection because I can click on "Live View" and see it is on the highway moving. I tried on 2 different phones with the same issue.
Has anyone ever had this happen? If so, could you fix it remotely or did you need to do a reset on the car (which is what Lucid is telling me)? Unfortunately, I don't put much faith in what Lucid says because the 2-3 people I've spoken to at customer service knew less than I do about them (for example, they told me my GDE has SSP but I would have to pay a fee to activate it, another told me GDE cars aren't numbered, etc.
