UPDATE: They replaced the low voltage junction box and a few other items, called me and said they would be delivering momentarily. When they got in the car to drive it over, it presented with a bunch of warning lights, so it was two more days after that. They ended up replacing some parts of the wiring harness in addition to other the junction box and power steering components. I think they've isolated this problem in the wiring if I'm guessing.
That said, car is back and drives just like it always has, like a dream. Received it 10/13. Just drove round trip 500 miles without any incident, issue, or warning light of any kind.
