Long Distance Service Centers

Does anyone have experience with service center (and mobile service) that is more than 4 to 5 hours from their home???

Does 3.5 hours count? If so, used both mobile and remote service center and always easy. They do a great job of arranging for enclosed transport that just shows up at your house. Both times I had to use it (minor stuff) the car was only gone a couple of days.

They offered to pay for a rental but I didn't need it.
