LFS Lease Termination Fee - New Lease

Does anyone have experience with whether Lucid Financial Services waives the Lease Termination Fee in cases where the lessee is entering into another immediate Lucid vehicle lease?

I received a “lease termination invoice” from LFS, but it only covers my excess mileage charge, there is no mention or charge for the lease termination fee; so I’m wondering if it was waived or whether it will be billed separately (along with the wear and tear)?

I've been told by LFS that the fee is waived when another Lucid is leased/purchased. I've begun the return process and will post here if I'm mistaken.

I just confirmed with Lucid Financial, as @kapix stated earlier, the Lease Termination Fee is waived if you enter into a new lease/purchase transaction at lease-end
