Lemon law issues

I’m wondering if anyone had any experience with a lemon law claim. My Gravity had a multi fault brake failure in early July they’ve been unable to repair. The service people at Millbrae have been great at communicating but like others I can’t get through to customer care. I’ve sent a formal lemon law request but no answer.
I’d appreciate any suggestions

Search my post history, they don’t make it easy and at the moment don’t seem to even be responding their own service department buy back requests. Idk why.
