Lease Return $$$ problems in a Tesla!

How often do people drive 45 on a 40mph posted road? On Lake Shore Drive the ‘prevailing traffic’ is moving >10 mph above the posted. On the other hand drive 4 mph over posted through Graceland Cemetery gets a guaranteed fine.

‘Generous to consumer end of lease charges ‘ have been the norm.

Maybe that era is ending.

That is my point.

Nothing political.

Does B of A handle leases for Tesla too?

Or is this the new standard?

What exactly in the article is out of the ordinary or egregious? The time to familiarize yourself with lease terms is before you sign the contract. The lessee obviously didn’t do that or bizarrely didn’t take them seriously.

When you rent someone else’s asset they have the right to dictate the terms of that rental.

This whole article is clickbait from an obvious attention seeker. Even her own words - “didn’t think they’d see that” - are ridiculous. The majority of her charges were for the overage of miles, which every lease charges.

I’m embarrassed I even clicked on it.
