Lease Discounts for inventory or Demo cars possible?

I've seen the lease specials going on, and while they are significantly better than before, but the down payments are gigantic. Once you make them 0 down, the payments are actually quite large. Are there any options to get into a Pure or Touring with additional discounts? I see there is a referral discount of $1k which helps...i've also seen some posts of 2022 inventory that was heavily discounted, as well as demo cars that are like $10k off? Is there any way to lease old inventory or demo cars to get the payments down a bit?

$12500 Air Credit, $7500 EV instant rebate, $2900 Surreal Sound Credit, $5000 On Site Bonus. They basically reduced the price of the vehicle with all these so I ended up paying VA sales tax on the reduced amount which saved additional $600-700 as well.

How are you getting the $12500 Air Credit on a lease? And the $2900 Surreal Sound Credit sounds like it just throws in a free stereo rather than lowering the overall cost.

Large down payment? My 36mo/12k quote for a $96k Touring with the $7500 EV instant rebate, $5000 On Site Bonus, $1000 referral took $25k down to get to $330/mo. Everyone claims these great deals but it seems like missing info

Mine was zero down. Just VA taxes and dmv registration upfront. These were deals on 2023 models last month. Did you just wake up from a coma or something??
