- Gravity Touring
This morning after plugging charging at a Whole Foods and getting in my car to drive home, a number of warnings popped up including being limited to 35mph, regen braking turned off along with stability and safety features. The car required manually braking and would roll without the brake pressed.
I contacted support who asked me to step away from the car for a few minutes. I had my 2 year old with me so this was a little bit of a hassle and after returning to the car, it began to severely shake once I hit 9mph. I ended up having support call me an Uber and had to get all of our groceries, stroller, car seat, and 2 year old home in that and left the car to be towed.
Service center in Millbrae said it would be 2.5-3 weeks just to diagnose.
Has anyone had similar issues come up and if so , what was the resolution?
I have had my Gravity for exactly 1 week. On delivery day, I had to wait 3 hours because the car was stuck in service mode. Very poor experience so far.
