Issues with EVGO on road trip

Quick summary: On road trip and I stopped at an EVGO charger I had previously used with no issues. This was on the return leg of the trip. Used an EA station on the way out.

I pulled into the EVGO station, pulled up the app and plugged into my AT. It immediately came up with an error on my phone and told me to unplug, wait 10 seconds, then plug in again. After a few tries, the car displayed an error that the charge port door had an obstruction (There wasn't one). Then the charging station itself showed the "Step 1/3, 2/3, 3/3", then "Beginning to charge", then said "communication error with vehicle". I switched to the exact cable I had used on my last trip and got the same thing. Moved to a different station, got the exact same thing. Either the error message on my phone or the process would initiate, then give a communication error. There were two other cars there (one was a LUCID!) and they were charging fine. I had to back track a few miles to an EA station and as soon as I plugged in, everything worked perfectly, car charged and I made it home.

Has anyone had this issue before? Do we think it's an EA problem or a Lucid problem? Both? I want to give feedback to the right company so this can happen less to other people.
