Is that pulsing thing the Lidar firing?

I have two videos - same car and same Ring floodlight cam. They were both taken earlier this week at roughly same time of the day. Both were before I had installed 1.2.185 and 1.2.19. One clearly shows a pulsating light in front (something I never saw with my eyes while I was in the car).

I don't know but it would be great if this could trigger those Red light sensors at intersections

Anyone have new information or updates on Lidar functionality or what it does right now? Is it supposed to be part of the big 2.0 update?
