My AT and phone updated over the weekend and I’m having an odd connection issue (continuing after resets). The mobile app and car work perfectly when I’m out in the wild and connected to LTE and Bluetooth. They do not talk to each other at the house when I’m on WiFi. Basically, the phone app reports that the car is waking up but it never does even if I wake the car with the fob. I had no luck when turning off WiFi on the phone. I didn’t try turning off WiFi on the car before writing this post, and will try that once I’m back at the house in a few days. Same behavior for the Apple Watch applet - perfect when not at the house.
The issue is mostly a nuisance when setting up and monitoring a charging session at home, since the key fob works just fine. I’m reporting the issue here to see if anyone else is experiencing the change in connectivity since the update. I’ve generally had excellent mobile key operation with my phone and watch since taking delivery last July, and the latest updates do seem to respond faster over LTE than earlier versions.
I’m wondering if I might have an in-house WiFi or network firewall issue that I can try to resolve or if I’m just wasting my time on it and should wait for the next updates from Lucid.

When I bought my car I added a WiFi Mesh node in the garage connected via ethernet to the primary node. I did that to ensure a strong WiFi signal for my car. I began to experience problems connecting to WiFi in the garage. After removing the garage node, all went back to normal. Turns out that I had too many nodes. I don’t know if this applies in your case.

Same thing is being discussed here.
Although, I didn’t have a problem in waking my car up

I don’t have a separate node for the garage, but the car connects to a second access point with its own router instead of the main Xfinity access point. So, maybe there’s some issue with how it’s assigned an IP address. The car is connected to WiFi because I can see it in the connected devices on the router. I’ll try logging into the main Xfinity router and see if that changes things at all.

I spotted that post and thankfully haven’t had a problem when I’m out. It seems most likely a network configuration issue at the house or some new protocol the software uses that can’t deal with my network. Feels like it’s worth a little deeper look at my home network since there aren’t a lot of owners experiencing the same issue. I parked the car at the airport this morning and can wake it up in the app and see its status from 1500 miles away. So this doesn’t seem to be a Lucid issue.

I've had exactly this issue - the app functions perfectly fine if the car is NOT connected to WiFi, but will never connect if it is. Service could not figure it out and said it was likely ports/security issues on my home network/internet service provider side. Thankfully I have OK AT&T cell coverage at the house, so honestly, I've just kept the car's WiFi connection off and the issue has not re-occurred. Does not seem to be any particular advantage to connecting the car to my home network....
