I wish Lucid follows you
You can sign up on the site https://lucidtracker.app either by creating a local account or signing in with Gmail. You’ll need to enter your VIN to verify you actually own a Lucid before you can add your car under My Garage.I’m late to this game with a new Gravity. How do I access and sign up for this? Thanks!
Is it a bug with the site that it shows I have a Dream Edition instead of a Grand Touring? Does that get pulled from somewhere in the car or are you having to parse the specs to figure that out?
Nice. In future, If you run into issues you can report it directly on the site via “Report an Issue”. Doing so provides me more info to dig into logs etc. and try to find the root cause. You can track the issue in “My Account” and comment back and forth etc.Is it a bug with the site that it shows I have a Dream Edition instead of a Grand Touring? Weird, it changed back to a GT when I went to look at it again so ignore me.![]()
Just saw that too, I missed it the first time. Will do!Nice. In future, If you run into issues you can report it directly on the site via “Report an Issue”. There has been an ISP level issue with the hosting provider on where the site is located. It's working but some people may have trouble accessing the data. The latest from the hosting provider is the ISP issue is resolved but could take some time to propagate through the internet. For example, I was seeing issues on my home internet (AT&T) but if I accessed the site off my phone using Verizon it was fine. Hopefully things get back to normal shortly.@HC_79 is the tracker offline? I don’t see any data there currently.![]()
Thanks! And you’re spot on. My home ATT wasn’t showing it but just left the house and now all good! There has been an ISP level issue with the hosting provider on where the site is located. Could be isolated to AT&T then. Interestingly, I haven't been able to access the BoA banking app either (just get white screens) while on the home network so something weird has been going on the last couple of days. Thanks! That wasn’t because of you, lol! Too many people weren’t manually updating and then made it look like progress was stalling at 50% etc.
