Introducing Lucid Tracker — A New Community Tool

@HC_79 I originally used a Google account to login and setup my Lucid Tracker account.
The Google account option was offered in addition to login/setup with an email address.

In the Auto-Sync settings it shows auto-sync as active with 1 Lucid account connected.
However, an "Unnamed Account" is shown as active, but there is an error message saying "No cars linked to this credential"
The email address shown for that unnamed account is the same I use with my Lucid Motors account.

The email address for the Google account I used to login and setup is different from the email address with my Lucid Motors account.
I'm wondering if this difference in email addresses is the reason for the error message.
I have the option to delete the unnamed account, but since the email address associated with it is the same used with my Lucid Motors account, I'm hesitant to delete it.

I can setup another Tracker account, but I don't need to accounts.

How should I proceed?

Hold off on doing anything for now. I made some changes to the account sync code to fix an error on an account and seems it’s broken the sync logic for all accounts.

Looking into it shortly. FYI The “unnamed account” is an editable option though so if you didn’t change it in account settings to something you prefer then it will just display as unnamed account. It’s set up that way for owners with multiple accounts to name them for easier reference. Your site login email is also completely separate from your lucid account email.

OK. If that unnamed account is valid, I'll eventually change the name of it.

Should be working again. This is what you should see when auto-sync is enabled

Account Settings section is not loading, so unable to see Auto-Sync settings.
Reloading the page briefly shows the home screen and then blank screen for Account Settings section.

All other sections of app are functional.

I published a new version this morning and tested on multiple test accounts and the settings page is loading on all as expected. Try again when you have a moment. Also, I noticed yesterday the Mobile version isn't refreshing entirely when publishing updates if you've saved the site to your Home Screen. Force quitting the app refreshes it so if you're using the mobile version that may be what's causing the white screen.

The page still wasn't loading.
I just deleted my Gravity from the account and created a new account.

The settings page loads with the new account.

I wanted to share something I've been working on with the community: Lucid Tracker

I just wanted to be sure to let you know that this is very cool, and I thank you for doing this! One feature I'd be interested in is the ability to differentiate what type of order there was for the vehicle. For example, while I started with my own design for my Gravity, I ultimately changed into an in-inventory model with all the same features as my order (other than color of my exterior/interior) before production began on my earlier order so that I could take delivery sooner.

Is it still working @HC_79? Doesn't seem to be updating
Mine is updating. It shows my exact mileage as of today and shows all my recent EA and Tesla charging sessions after syncing.

There seems to be an issue with some accounts not syncing. There was a model mapping error in the code but I made a change yesterday. Try deleting the vehicle(s) and sync them again. If that doesn't work, shoot me a DM so I can check the logs on what's potentially causing the issue.

Yes, charging sessions were added recently. Some of the states are still a WIP but it will sync your Tesla and EA plug and charge sessions.

Release notes have been updated into categories

Bug Fixes & Improvements (Standard)
Feature Release (when a new feature is added in the update)
Limited Release (when it's limited to a subset of vehicles)

Added "Days since last update" along with average. (Limited releases aren't factored into this number)

That worked. FWIW, when I went to delete my car, it had it mislabeled as a GT. So, I deleted it and re-entered it. And when I saved it, it confirmed it was a GT again even though I had put in Touring. So, I edited it back to Touring and it looks like it saved correctly now.

Ok, I’m going to need to do some further digging into the model mapping.

@HC_79 , Charging Achievements is zero across the board. I figure it is one of the WIP to sync our charging history to this Charging Achievements board.

correct

That's going to be quite interesting to see how many charging sessions I/we have. I charge at home a lot. But, with the amount of daily driving I do, there has to be close to 300 EA charging sessions over the almost 3 years

I wish the app/vehicle tracked all charging sessions, not just whatever was done through Plug & Charge. That would also supply Lucid Tracker with some awesome data :)

I can see how that would be helpful and insightful. But, it would have to be a massive amount of data as many of us probably charge almost nightly at home. And, since I'm fortunate enough to have a decent number of EA stations in my geography and I still have free EA (for another 2 months), I have really only used EA and home charging to this point.
