Introducing Lucid Tracker — A New Community Tool

That's a really cool plattform but sadly it has a hard time with my information. I can't add my car with the VIN (see screenshot) and my login also doesn't work (see second screenshot).

Is this maybe related to this being a European car?

He’ll get it working I’m sure, @HC_79 has been working day and night to bring this to the lucid community. Huge kudos to him.

More and more European and KSA cars will come online and will be cool to include our euro brethren.
 
Just signed up. I have a couple of questions. First, I couldn't tell if my lucid account info was saved for the auto sync. Second, It's showing my vehicle information but on the mileage leaderboard, it shows me as anonymous. What did I miss there? @californiaboy935 @HC_79

Edit: I found the fix for anonymous. But, the page to enter my lucid account information seems to not be working correctly. I can type in my email and password and check the box to save it. But, the page will not scroll for me to find any kind of enter button. and I can't back out of the page/popup either. I just have to force close it and it doesn't save. Tried on my laptop and phone with the same problem.

I am having the same issue, my car is in Saudi

Let me look into it. Seems to be a window sizing issue depending on people’s device / display resolution

In your "account Settings" page, under "Display Name for Leaderboards"
 
On the Tracker, I'd love to see a "nationwide" option as opposed to a 300 mile maximum limit. I see cars on the Lucid site that match my criteria except that one. Heck, its nearly that far to my closest lucid office. It's highly unlikely they will get inventory there in the foreseeable future.

to exercise while on the boat, put the car in neutral and push it back and forth to get more miles. easy peasy. or drive it off when you get to different ports

I pushed an update early this morning to make sure the window sizing conforms to different screen sizes \ resolutions so glad to hear it's working

I just pushed an update that not only supports US VIN's but global VIN's now (still verifies they're Lucid VIN's only). Also amended the login retry logic so you shouldn't see the login error show up.
