Just an fyi for everyone. I was rear ended in late September. very Minor, could hardly tell anything had happened. The car went into the shop 1st week of October and I got it back December 18th. Over $10,000 to repair. How can rates not go up when it takes that long and cost that much for cosmetic damage. What ever happened to 5 mph bumpers?

How do you people even get the estimates so fast? I've been waiting on USAA for six weeks...
