I believe it does in the Gravity nowI still say Lucid should include what used to be known as basic autopilot in the Tesla world with every new vehicle it sells.

Ditto above. Per comments above, I thought Dream Drive 2 Premium almost exactly like the Tesla product formerly known as Autopilot.I believe it does in the Gravity now
Ah didn’t know that. Smart move.Ditto above. Per comments above, I thought Dream Drive 2 Premium almost exactly like the Tesla product formerly known as Autopilot.
@antounsalib UX 3.6.0 just got released and DDPro hands-free is the highlight of the release for me. I’ve probably driven over 100 miles hands-free and I don’t want to go back to hands on. Hands-free clearly differentiates DDPro from DDPremium.[…]
- DreamDrive 2 Pro vs PremiumMy wife has a Tesla, so I’m not expecting miracles on ADAS. Still, for a 39-month lease — is DreamDrive 2 Pro (with the extra hardware/LiDAR) worth it for hands-free highway driving and future updates, or is Premium solid enough for most people?
Yes, Tesla FSD (supervised) is at another level. It can drive itself from start to finish through both city streets and highway. Just watch any of the YouTube videos. Is Tesla FSD so much better?
Sure. I understand. Not sure if FSD is available in Europe yet. Have to ask a friend with a teslaYes, Tesla FSD (supervised) is at another level. It can drive itself from start to finish through both city streets and highway. Just watch any of the YouTube videos.
However, can you really trust Tesla FSD (supervised)? It relies on just 9-10 cameras (8-9 exterior) and has had some very notable accidents. Lucid has 14 cameras (12 exterior), 12 ultrasonics sensors, 5 radars, and 1 lidar.
Lucid is moving rapidly in the ADAS space and has the superior long-term sensor platform. In addition, Lucid vehicles are head and shoulders above Tesla in every category besides ADAS and software, both of which has been getting better and better for Lucid with every release. When my life is on the line for ADAS, I want redundant sensors with checks and balances.
