I purchased a portable CD player from Amazon that can transmit on any FM radio frequency and then you can tune your radio to the same frequency to play CDs. The unit I found can also pair via Bluetooth. Unfortunately, the Air only talks to tablets and smartphones. FM radio does not have the sound quality expected from Bluetooth but it’s okay. To find an unused FM radio station in your area go to Radio-Locator.com and click the link to find unused frequencies in your area. The unit I found uses built-in rechargeable batteries that are recharged using a USB-C cable. It also can play MP3 files found on a USB thumb drive but this feature is nearly worthless because it doesn’t show file names.
