How to cancel destination in apple carplay Waze?

The title of this thread is my question. How do I cancel destination if I’m using Waze within Apple CarPlay? I don’t see a stop command on the screen.

If you tap anywhere on the map part of your screen, a top bar with a Stop button should pop down.

Can you just tell Siri to cancel it? Honest question - Android guy here and I know Google will cancel nav if you tell it to.

Just tried it - nope. Siri can only control Apple Maps, it seems; so it works there.

Siri will give you directions in Waze just fine if you ask. Maybe you just have to be specific? Never tried canceling like that though.
