I have a 2025 Air Pure with 20-way seat options. I live in a warm climate and only bought the car in June so with the recent arctic spell or whatever they called it, I finally used my heated seats for the first time. I haven't sat in the passenger seat to compare, but turning on the driver's seat heater to the lowest setting (one bar) heats up within 10 seconds to approximately the temperature of the surface of the sun. Obviously I'm being a little silly but it is ridiculously hot -- low in the Lucid is hotter than the highest setting I've ever felt in any other car. In fact, I can't tell the difference between 1 bar or 3 on the seat heater setting. It seems perhaps they all heat the same amount, but the low setting turns off the heat sooner. Like 20 seconds on, 40 off, versus 40 on 20 off when it's on high...?? I don't know for sure. I'm wondering if it's just broken and always set to max. Even then, it's very hot even for a max setting... Is it just me or can anyone else fry an egg (or a pair of huevos) with their seat heater?
 
I recently tested mine for the first time in that same "cold" spell down here and, yeah, they're pretty warm I gotta say (although I'm not exactly regularly sitting in heated seats over here).
 
Thought the same thing recently. With limited layers it’s borderline too hot even on the lowest setting. Very warm for sure!
 
Yup. Way too hot even on the lowest setting. They got the steering wheel heat right, though.
 
Remember that when you hit the heating button it starts with level 3 which is the hottest so you have to hit again and again to go to the lowest settings

Just saying in case if you have not noticed
 
I have a 2023 Touring (built around Sep–Nov 2022). The front seats heat reasonably well — level 1 is mild, level 3 is comfortably warm. But the rear seats barely produce any heat, even on the highest setting. I’m in Seattle, so I do use the heaters in winter, though it’s not as cold here as the East Coast.

I scheduled a service appointment last year for the weak rear seat heating, but was told everything was “within factory settings.” After pushing again, the service manager measured the temperatures with a thermal sensor at both min and max settings. It turned out the rear seats were significantly cooler than the front on max, which suggests a potential manufacturing issue. However, the manager still insisted the readings were within spec. I didn’t push further since Seattle winters are mild, but the explanation didn’t feel convincing.

2023 models only have one heat setting for the steering wheel (dont know if newer models have more). My steering wheel warms up quite nicely, but the heat is not as evenly distributed as it should be. There are definitely some hot spots.
 
My office is a meat locker, so I'm ready for heated seats most of the time when I leave the office, except for summer. That plus the hand warmers on the steering wheel defrost me on my way home. Add in the massaging seats and it feels like a spa! Love the seat temp on 3!
 
Haven't tried the rear seats. On the front seats, level 3 feels like it could cook an egg. It's great for a quick warmup, and then first level is quite comfortable for longer term.
 
New here. First post. Waiting for my 2023 AGT to arrive in Michigan from Long Island. Newbie question... Can you use voice commands to turn on heated seats?

Maybe, but you have to do it in a Long Island accent, that's how the NLM is your car has been trained 🤣

I have lived with the heated seats for three winters with temperatures often below freezing and the seats work fine for me. The seats and steering wheel can get a bit too hot so I turn them off or down to the lowest setting for the seats. I especially like the heated seats when headed to my weight training sessions for a pre-warmup. First post that I have seen that mentions features working too well.
 
Cold climate guy who likes to keep his car cold and turn on the heated seats for back & butt. 3 is a bit much, 2 on cold days, 1 on normal winter day. I can imagine in a more temperate climate they might be a bit much.
 
On December 28 I traded my 2023 Air Touring in for a 2026. The 26 seems to heat the front seats too much even on the lowest, 1, setting, unlike the 23 used to. Anyone else has noticed that?

You can always turn off the butt part and leave the back on which I really like once everything is toasty.
 
A high end car should have a heater setting you can leave on all the time without getting scorched

New to the forum. I received my 2026 Air Pure with 12-way power front heated/sventilated seats in late November. It has been cold in TN for the most part ever since. Level 3 and 2 are diffently HOT, but level 1 works for me when the temperature outside is cold. You can always use the passenger seat when you are bringng take-out home.😄
Haven't had the opportunity to try out the ventilated part. Need some warm weather.
