I just found out that Danny Ventura has left Lucid, which means I no longer have a point of contact for service needs. I tried calling the Natick service center, but no one answered and the phone prompts after that seem to indicate I've been transferred to the main customer service line. I've heard they don't have a good track record of getting back to you, but I didn't leave a voicemail to find out.
How do folks normally setup service appointments? I have just been texting Danny when I need something, which is what I had originally been told to do when I picked up my car. Should I keep calling the Natick main number until someone answers, or do they have a direct email address I can message? Does anyone know any of the other service advisors I can reach out to?
