I just took off the covers for my aero wheels but the center cap seems to be part of the cover. Any ideas?

You did it right. I believe talking to your service center is the way to get replacement (center-only) center caps, they're not in the regular store.

Ah so they don't out?

According to some folks on this forum they can come out, but they sure don't want to easily. My service advisor recommended just asking for separate caps.

The center caps come right off with a small dent puller. $10 on Amazon. I haven't tried the lug nut covers. Anyone have a good solution for those?

The lug covers pop right off as well, there are basic tools like https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C61QXJSW or you may already have something that looks like that (I did, in a PC repair toolset).

Am I wrong or do the centers only come out of the 21 wheels? The 19s seem to use a one piece insert.
I think I was wrong in my first response up there. The center caps are attached to the aero inserts, but I've been told they can be separated. Still haven't tried it myself.

It only cost me something like $20 per wheel to buy the inserts and bolt covers from the service center. They also installed them right there. I'm not sure it's worth the effort and potentially damaging the full insert.
