Purchased Air at the end of June. I supposedly received a $600 credit towards a charging cord or home charger. However, I have reached to the black hole customer service email and the sales associate with no response at all? Anyone have thoughts on how I can track this down?

Not entirely sure if this is still accurate but when I had received my home charger credit, I was told to purchase it on the accessories store, and input my vehicle VIN as a promo code, and it will automatically input the credit.

Thanks for the tip. I’ve tried it several times and didn’t work. Now more frustrating because emails to customer service and sales person have been ignored. And it looks like they raised the price $50 since my purchase.
Update. After no response to email sent last Thursday, I got through to customer service on the phone. The rep sent me a code that worked. And I was wrong on the price increase. The credit was $650. I thought it was $600.
