How do I get service?

I know customer care/service response has been an issue since the start and I know most EV companies skimp on support.

But, literally, how can I get my car fixed?

I have called and waited until it disconnected.

I have texts to the customer care line.

I tried to make a service appointment through the app to my service center (Houston) and there are no openings as far as the calendar goes out.

Rent a car or take a bus to the service center and bang on the door?

This car has been so much fun, and I'd really like to get a Gravity, but really?

As @TakeDuo has shown above, I also checked the Houston Service Center and the exact same dates are showing up in the app also.

Check the app again.

And I know this is taking away from my main point, but what am I supposed to do without the car for a month (other than pay for it)? Nothing you haven't heard before, I know...

They'll give you a loaner or a rental.
 
I usually schedule in the app or portal (it does have random bugs too with availability showing correctly) to get it in the system, then follow up by calling the SC directly vs the customer care path. Chicago has been fantastic, because then I can text the Service Manager directly. At least you can plan and then possibility get a loaner lined up, the car may just sit at the SC until it gets through the queue for the techs to look at it.
 
I just saw that in the app when I go to the date picker screen it briefly shows "Contact Customer Care [13]". So that is the reason my dates aren't populating. Didn't see any search results that reference that.

I put a service request in through the portal. We'll see if I get a reply. I'll also try to call the service center.
