How clean are the loaner vehicles you are provided?

I've had my AGT in service now probably the majority of my ownership for various issues. I've been provide a GGT as my first loaner and it was filled with dog hair that coated the trunk area. I received a GT as my second loaner that had Del Taco wrappers, receipts from Del Taco and other places, and various used wipes in the door pockets. My most recent loaner vehicle is an AT with crumbs on the seats, particularly the rear seats. There were also stains on the surfaces that I hope is from the food.

Is this what others are experiencing when receiving loaners from Lucid?

Having family members with allergies, I expect to have to do some level of cleaning when receiving loaners, but what I've gone through with the two Gravities is ridiculous. The Air was received late this afternoon and I'll have to take a closer look at it tomorrow to deal with the food crumbs. Hopefully they are not nuts.

You're lucky to have gotten Lucids (although maybe not if the SC isn't going to clean them). Both times I had my AT in for service I got whatever Enterprise had on the lot. Fortunate that my service visits weren't more than a day or two.

I have had mostly Enterprise rentals, however the Lucids have been spotless. Another great shoutout to the high quality of service I have received at Coldwater.

I've received one Air from Enterprise which was in good shape. I also received one Gravity which was clean. However, the second Gravity I received was somewhat clean, I did find a few things stashed in the glove box and under the seat. I just took it home and quickly wiped down the inside peace of mind.

Looks like it depends on the SC... The ones I've been provided have been very clean; I know my local SC has a car wash nearby they use.

My experience with the loaner vehicles was great—both the Air loaner from the Millbrae Service Center and the Air rental from Enterprise were in excellent condition with no issues.

I’m on week 4 with a Jeep. No loaners

I’ve gotten:

1.Clean AGT but it broke down and had to be towed back
2. Like new GGT
3. nasty old AGT that was literally broken and stuck in some sort of transport mode when it arrived
4. Chevy Equinox

1,2,3 all better than the Equinox!

As much as I love driving my AT, I would gladly take a working Equinox over 1 and 3.

The loaners I’ve received have always been clean and in good condition. And given the demand at service centers lately I’ve been happy that I’ve always been able to get one. I suspect they’re turned around as soon as they get returned so I might extend Lucid a little grace if they aren’t as clean as my own car. And if I had it for awhile and it bothered me I’d clean it.

we've currently got an Air Touring which had less than 500 miles on it when I got it. It was completely clean and I have no complaints (other than it wasn't a Gravity)

Every loaner I’ve gotten from Lucid has been super clean.
