I thought my Gravity GT came with Homelink capability. When I try to set it up, I get a message to order a receiver from Lucid and a QR code .
When I engage the QR code, it just takes me to the Lucid Motors home page. What are other GT owners finding ? It seems odd that such
a high end vehicle would not have it as standard.

Mine came with homelink and I believe they are standard on all vehicles unless it depends on trim package.

Interestingly, I programed the steering column programable button to operate Homelink for the Garage door. It worked perfectly. Then I added a second Homelink profile for the gate to our neighborhood. Now the steering column button doesn't work at all. Has anyone had a similar experience and any workarounds?

Some Gravity left the factory without the Homelink receiver, if you received that message contact your SC & they can get it installed for you

I have a similar experience where it worked, although I can't call it "perfectly", requiring multiple button presses and sometimes queing them up randomly, but after a few days it stopped working completely. Then after a hard reboot it worked again a couple of times, but since then stopped again.

I'm still trying to figure out how the thing works too. Setting it up required help from Customer Service (when I tried to do it myself, the Pilot Panel indicated that I should be pointing the remote at an area just above the left headlight, but CS told me that the proper location is 2" below the 'L' of Lucid on the frunk..). Finally got it set up, and when I approach the garage the Homelink icon appears on the Cockpit. Haven't figured out how to make it reliably work- usually takes 1-3 tries to get it to go. (on the Air, there's an audible tone when it actuates) Programming the steering wheel button to Homelink brings up the link too, and occasionally will activate the door. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.

For me right under the left headlight was the exact spot. In fact I had to hold it much closer to the car than I thought I would.

It’s not you who needs to figure it out, it’s Lucid. This function is totally broken right now, works randomly just like you described. Many other functions fail randomly, I’m sure it’s all part of a deeper software defect they can’t solve yet. Last update didn’t do diddly squat.

Mine works fine as a shortcut on steering wheel. On screen, it pops up, but takes 1-5 “taps” to actually send the signal. Absurd as the screen is very sensitive for everything else.

As for set up, I actually had to walk back about 6’ to get it to work. The up close instructions were way too close.

Hear Hear. I'm still trying to figure out exactly how to make the custom button work the same every time. Sometime a single push, other times it's two in a row. Other times it's dealers choice. In the Air, you had to tap the screen until there was a slight audible sound, letting you know that the signal was sent. In the Gravity? No clue.
