HELP! wipers got 'tangled' when they turned on after I put on the car cover

After I put on the Lucid car cover, the wipers turned on (under the car cover) and became 'tangled' and now do not work properly. Only one blade barely moves and the other looks as if it is in position but doesn't move. Please help! See pics attached

Loosen the wipers. Open hood. Set them into their off position. Tighten the nuts. Test and verify.

Socket set. You'll need to lift them up
